TerrAscend NJ is currently hiring for unarmed security guards for our medical marijuana dispensary for Union Chill- Lambertville, NJ. The primary responsibility for Security personnel is to ensure the safety of all patients and employees at the designated dispensary location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify disruptions and monitor people in the dispensary
• Ensure that health, safety, and security standards are followed
• Perform safety and regulatory audits
• Welcome and check in patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary
• Complete the required state-mandated training program

Experience & Qualifications

• Active NJ state Sora Card (Green or Red)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of security experience required
• Law enforcement or military experience preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus
• Background Check Requirement: As a condition of employment, a complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired. Typically, the state investigative process includes a state and federal background check.
