PT Sales Associate - 1609 THE MALL AT STONECREST
Duties/Responsibilities
- Creates a welcoming environment.
- Responds to customer inquiries and needs.
- Sets proactive goals for delivering a great customer experience.
- Locates, assesses, and selects merchandise.
- Uses basic selling techniques to engage with customers.
- Introduces current sales, promotions, credit card applications, and other brand initiatives.
- Follows the Company's Customer FIRST model.
- Completes sales transactions and maintains proper accountability at registers.
- Processes merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Speaks positively about the brand, customers, and team members.
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
- Maintains the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
- Aids in daily store recovery.
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
- Shares feedback and ideas to improve store processes.
- Adapts to a changing environment and manages multiple tasks.
- Supports all cross-functional departments.
- Helps set the tone and standards for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- One year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Energetic and charismatic personality.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act with integrity and maturity.
- Ability to complete sales transactions in POS register system.
- Flexible schedule availability, including closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of the working time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals.

Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
