About the role

The Retail Sales Associate at Ollie’s is a key member of the team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash registers, and assisting with various store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term customer loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be an Ollie's store and inventory expert, knowing our weekly deals and the incredible value we provide to customers.
• Assist with freight logistics and learn about effective product merchandising.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
