Responsibilities

• Accurately process client transactions on the POS system
• Gather client information in database
• Verify the price of merchandise as necessary
• Wrap and bag merchandise
• Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up
• Support store management with special ad hoc projects as needed
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Run merchandise and support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Education: Business School, University or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment
• Tech savvy – ability to learn and use various software programs

Qualifications

• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales
• Experience with back of house / stock and inventory
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

The compensation for this position ranges from $21 – $25 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
