About the role

Ring Concierge is seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Advisors to represent their boutique on Madison Avenue in NYC. This role involves supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key responsibilities include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties. As part of the Leap platform, this individual will support other brands in new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.

Position Qualifications

- Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old. - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in luxury retail, with a growing understanding of premium accessories, including knowledge of materials, product features, and service expectations of high-end clientele. - Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. - Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain an active presence on the sales floor, standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Pay Range

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $24, following a hourly-plus-commission model determined based on experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

- Sales Performance: Focus on conversion rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Order Value (AOV), and return clients. - Customer Retention: Deliver personalized experiences, leverage effective networking, and maintain exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to foster lasting relationships and loyalty. - Task Management: Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing tasks accurately and on time.
