PT RN Supervisor (Home Care) – 20 hrs/wk

About the role

CareGivers is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor to join their team in the Jamestown, NY area. This role offers flexibility and the chance to make a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive high-quality care through ongoing assessment and supervision of staff
• Implement and evaluate the physician’s plan of treatment
• Develop and implement a plan of care
• Conduct training classes for new staff, including CPR and home care regulations
• Perform med setups and insurance assessments as needed

Requirements

• Current New York State RN license
• At least one year of RN experience (preferred)
• One year of home care RN experience (preferred)
• At least six months of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and flexible scheduling abilities
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Experience in home care or hospice settings
• Knowledge of home health regulations
