About the role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Sets up and monitors food orders from guests.
- Ensures food is properly prepared and presented.
- Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
- Absorbs and abides by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
- Knows and serves all menu items and their preparation and service procedures.
- Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
- Assists with bussing tables.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School education, with post-high school education preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
Qualifications
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Exceeds expectations of guests and team members.
- Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Skills
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
- Knowledge of all menu items and their preparation and service procedures.
