Pay

$109,200 to $117,000 annually plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function
• Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days
• Modify interventions as necessary and perform discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• One year of related physical therapy experience for home health care; if less than one year, approval from regional clinical leaders plus mentoring or participation in a residency program is required
• Current CPR certification
