About the role

Join Amedisys—one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S.—where flexibility, purpose, and growth come together to help patients heal at home. This position covers the Spartanburg/Greenville area and offers an attractive pay range of $106K–$117K annually.

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, with two fixed days on Saturday and Sunday. The third weekday shift is your choice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), and modify interventions as necessary.
• Perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state you're assigned to work.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program (CAPTE-accredited).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care (required to ensure sufficient knowledge and skills for safe patient care). If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or participation in a residency program is required.
• Current CPR certification.
