Responsibilities

• Screen patients
• Perform evaluations and develop initial, interim treatment and discharge plans
• Document progress toward identified objectives
• Oversee Physical Therapy Assistant(s)
• Develop and implement new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services
• Conduct patient and family education
• Deliver quality physical therapy services
• Put patient service first

Qualifications

• Valid PT license
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Desire to implement high‑quality Physical Therapy services
• Strong ability to identify patient needs in long‑term residents
• Team player
• Efficient with time
