Requirements
- Current PA license or Compact license (depending on state)
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current resume
- RN license
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Ability to work a 5×8 Days shift
