About the role

The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are "In-House" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans
- Monitor RUGS levels
- Prepare billing
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Availability on weekends required
