About the role

A West U, Houston, Texas professional couple is seeking an experienced, reliable, loving, and academic-focused afternoon nanny to establish and support the after-school routine for their teen daughter and pre-teen son. This is a part-time, live-out position, Monday-Friday 1-6pm, with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities

• Picking up the children ages 10 and 13 from school
• Supervising and supporting good homework habits
• Supporting a screen-free and stimulating afternoon routine
• Transporting them to and from activities and home
• General childcare
• Light housekeeping
• Children’s meal prep
• Children's laundry

Requirements

• Experienced and reliable nanny
• Loving and academic-focused
• Ability to know how to swim for safety reasons, as the family has a pool
• A college degree is encouraged
