About the role

A professional couple in West U/River Oaks area is seeking a nanny/family support specialist to assist their family. This will be a split role, with the nanny focusing on providing high quality childcare, supporting independence, and managing the afternoon and evening routine for their 3 elementary school children Mon-Fri from 3p-7p. For candidates seeking full-time work, the family can offer a split nanny/family support specialist role.

Responsibilities

• General childcare
• Tidying up after the children (housekeeper handles traditional cleaning activities)
• Children’s meal prep
• Children’s laundry
• Home resetting
• Running errands, organizing the playroom and children’s rooms when the children are in school

Requirements

• Must be pet friendly (family has a dog)
• Must be responsible, kind and value integrity, open and honest communication, and consistency
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Able to pivot and provide childcare when the children do not have school
