About the role
First-time parents are seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to grow with their family as they welcome their newborn. This is a child-focused role centered on providing attentive care while supporting the baby's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth and development in a calm, structured environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient, and genuinely passionate about their work as a nanny. Both parents work from home in a hybrid capacity and are easygoing, supportive employers who respect the nanny's role while remaining available as needed.
Candidates should be comfortable navigating stairs in the home and letting the family's dog out twice each day if the parents are not home. The family is bilingual in Mandarin, though no additional language is required. Nannies must be COVID vaccinated to work with this family. This position has a January start date.
Responsibilities
- General childcare
- Tidying up after the children (housekeeper present)
- Children’s laundry
- Transporting the children
- Letting the family dog out twice daily if parents are not home
Requirements
