We are seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional at Seasons at Orchard Hills in Oak Creek. With over 40 years of industry experience, we are continuously expanding our footprint and have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.
Responsibilities
- Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and effectively addressing them to finalize lease agreements.
- Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.
- Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from both existing and potential residents promptly to foster a connection.
- Utilize your creativity to contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
- Proficiently prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using cutting-edge online tools and systems.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required.
- The ability to provide top-notch customer service in a timely manner is required.
- Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and auto insurance is required.
Schedule
Saturday's and Sunday's from 9:30am-4:00pm and Monday's from 9:30am-6:00pm.
