The firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team to meet client needs through innovative, entrepreneurial, and ambitious solutions. CENTERS currently provides management services for 14 clients and prioritizes the well-being, security, and future of its employees.
Responsibilities
- Greet all members and guests who enter the facility
- Ensure proper identification is used to access the facility
- Correctly input members’ and guests’ demographic information into the system
- Perform administrative duties
- Sell and upsell membership and program packages, including cycling promotional deals
- Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide consistent and up-to-date information in all interactions
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Handle money (cash, credit, checks) accurately and effectively
- Answer, return, and transfer calls professionally
- Assist in implementing communications strategies
- Receive feedback in a team environment and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer skills
- Ability and willingness to enforce policies and handle conflict resolution
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to self-motivate with little or no supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage long and short-term projects
- Adaptability, analytical & critical thinking, customer service initiative, planning & project management, decision-making, teamwork, diversity awareness, and integrity

Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include customers and vendors, involving troubleshooting, exchanging information, negotiating, and providing instructions.
