PT Food & Beverage Host Homewood Suites Brookline, MA

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down both food services
• Food Preparation: Preparing and serving food and light snacks for both services.
• Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, addressing their queries, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring food and beverage supplies and notifying management when stocks are low.
• Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and hygienic breakfast area, following food safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Availability starting at 4:00 AM weekends and holidays. Wednesday Evening 3:00PM - 8:00 PM.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
