Life Alive is seeking a Back Of House Team Member who:

Responsibilities

You will:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Help achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
• Prepare recipes according to standard procedures
• Stock and prepare stations for service
• Communicate product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs)
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation

Requirements

You must be able to:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reach and grasp overhead
• Lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs
• Stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
