PT DSP– Residential SUD Program
About the role
The Southeastern Family Project (SEFP) is currently hiring a Part-Time Direct Care Associate for an every-other-weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday shifts). This is a hands-on role supporting women and families in a residential treatment setting focused on recovery from substance use and co-occuring mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and daily support in a residential treatment environment
- Aid clients with daily living tasks, including household routines and infant care
- Observe and report client progress, behaviors, and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of services provided
- Encourage participation in recovery programming, life skills development, and structured activities
- Sustain a therapeutic and recovery-focused residential setting
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience in direct care, behavioral health, residential treatment, or substance use services (CNA certification is a plus)
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and collaborate with a team

Pay
Hourly Pay: $20.44
Shift Differential: $2.50/hour for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
Schedule
Work Schedule: Every other weekend (Sat & Sun) 12:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m
