About the Southeastern Family Project
The Southeastern Family Project is a licensed residential treatment program serving women recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The program provides ASAM Level 3.5 and 3.1 residential treatment for non-pregnant women, pregnant women, postpartum women, and their infants. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment that empowers women to achieve lasting recovery, strengthen parenting skills, and build healthy, independent lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support in a residential treatment setting.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, household responsibilities, and infant care as needed.
- Encourage participation in recovery programming, life skills development, and structured activities.
- Observe, document, and communicate client progress, behaviors, and safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic living environment.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and multidisciplinary treatment team to support successful client outcomes.
Requirements
- One year of direct care experience working with adults and/or families with substance abuse and/or mental health needs.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
- Must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test, and employment reference checks.
