About the role

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has an immediate opening for a motivated full-time PT Clinic Director - Physical Therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit for our fun and energetic outpatient clinics in Lewes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinic including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
• Collaborate with other clinic directors to ensure consistent quality of care across all clinics
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency
• Provide mentorship and guidance to physical therapists to support their professional growth
• Participate in recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the clinic
• Represent the clinic at local events and community gatherings to build relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist License (PT)
• CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
