About the role

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has an immediate opening for a motivated full-time PT Clinic Director - Physical Therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit for our fun and energetic outpatient clinics in Lewes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission of Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance to be the regional leader in clinical excellence providing the best outcomes for our patients.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinic directors to maintain consistent quality and service across all Premier locations.
• Lead clinical excellence initiatives and mentor physical therapists to achieve high standards of care.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinical protocols and policies.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for new physical therapists.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy practice.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program.
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist License (PT).
• CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical therapy administration and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of physical therapy clinical practices and procedures.
