PT CLIENT ADVISOR - SHORT HILLS

About the role

CELINE is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor to join its Aventura store opening, expected in Fall 2026. This role is key to delivering the elegance and authentic luxury that define CELINE’s sophisticated and timeless collections.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction, and dollar value of each transaction
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate; ability to learn and use various software packages
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales
• Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs
• Service orientation and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Foreign language skills are a plus

Pay

The compensation for this position ranges from $22 to $26 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
