About the role

Giant is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Giant Pickup Online Order Shopper. This position is responsible for managing online orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and loading orders for delivery or pickup.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
• Perform inventory checks and restocking tasks as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule
