About the role
The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage employee schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.

Schedule
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
