About the role

The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage employee schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
