About the role

Giant is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service to customers.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail operations management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours, plus some evening and weekend shifts as needed.
