About the role

The role of Giant Pick-up Online Shopper involves managing online grocery orders for pick-up at various Giant stores. This includes handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and confirm online grocery orders
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage inventory levels and restock as needed
• Communicate with store staff to ensure seamless order execution
• Monitor and resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
