About the role
Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and employee schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Manage store staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in store events and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
