About the role

As a member of the Giant team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
  • Assist with special events and promotions as required.
  • Participate in cross-training programs to gain knowledge of other departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions).

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
