About the role

Our florist clerks are responsible for arranging beautiful displays for customers, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and keeping the work area neat and clean. They also provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain flower displays for customers
• Stock shelves with fresh flowers and supplies
• Maintain display areas to ensure they are attractive and functional
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in other tasks as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of floral design
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
