About the role

Our florist clerks are responsible for arranging beautiful displays for customers, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and keeping the work area neat and clean. They also provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain floral displays
• Stock shelves with fresh flowers and plants
• Maintain display areas to ensure freshness and aesthetics
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in other tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Basic knowledge of floral design and arrangement
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
