About the role
Our florist clerks are responsible for arranging beautiful displays for customers, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and keeping the work area neat and clean. They also provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and maintain floral displays
- Stock shelves with fresh flowers and plants
- Maintain display areas to ensure they are attractive and appealing
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic floral design principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
