PT Business Analyst

Part-Time Business Analyst A client of ours is looking for a Part-Time Business Analyst with experience in Concur and/or Expensify to support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new expense management platform. They are looking for someone who can assess the capabilities of Concur versus Expensify, recommend the solution that best aligns with business needs, and assist with the configuration and deployment of the chosen platform. This individual may also be responsible for developing and delivering end-user training following implementation. Candidates with direct implementation experience are encouraged to apply, as well as those who have served as advanced users or subject matter experts with extensive knowledge of either platform. This is a part-time opportunity approximately 10 hours per week and is 100% remote. Responsibilities of Part-Time Business AnalystEvaluate Concur and Expensify platforms and provide recommendations based on business requirementsGather and document expense management process requirementsAnalyze current expense reimbursement workflows and identify opportunities for improvementAssist with vendor selection and implementation planningConfigure the selected expense management platform to support business needsDevelop testing plans and support user acceptance testingCreate process documentation and training materialsConduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation supportCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the new platformProvide ongoing recommendations to optimize expense reimbursement processes Skills/Qualifications of Part-Time Business AnalystBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferredExperience working with Concur and/or ExpensifyKnowledge of expense reimbursement processes and expense management best practicesExperience evaluating, implementing, configuring, or administering expense management platformsBusiness process analysis experienceRequirements gathering and documentation expertiseVendor evaluation and software selection experienceSystem implementation and configuration experienceTesting and quality assurance knowledgeEnd-user training and change management experienceProcess improvement and workflow optimization skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience supporting software selection and implementation projects preferred If you are interested in this Part-Time Business Analyst role, please contact our team at 484.254.9060 for more information and reference JO# 03710-0013481184 Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
