Responsibilities
- Travel to temporary Lovesac events located in third-party stores within a designated territory.
- Represent Lovesac during events to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
- Engage with customers by creating an interactive environment, delivering product demonstrations, and promoting limited-time offers to drive interest and sales.
- Create a sense of urgency to drive sales during limited-time events.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to deliver remarkable results.
- Promote the Lovesac post-purchase experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quickly identify and resolve customer issues to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in setting up and taking down Lovesac product displays, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee event operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Gather customer feedback to share with management for future sales and engagement strategies.
- Support local stores when Lovesac events are not occurring, including:
- Actively engaging with customers using selling techniques and product demonstrations.
- Assisting customers from initial interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining post-purchase relationships.
- Conducting customer outreach using company-provided tools and communication methods.
- Providing attentive service to meet customer needs and build loyalty.
- Learning and explaining product and service features to effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
- Promoting services including customization options, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Utilizing company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
- Following Lovesac and vendor policies to ensure standards, minimize risks, and maintain safety.
- Meeting or exceeding event demand plans and key performance indicators.
- Meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, access to a reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must reside within 30 miles of the job location and within the same state as listed on the job posting.
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role; experience in a temporary or event-based setting preferred.
- Ability to travel daily to local stores, third-party events, and occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
- Demonstrated excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, sensitive data, customer privacy, and safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move objects, including lifting medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to assemble furniture and displays, involving bending, twisting, kneeling, grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.
