Responsibilities

• Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender.
• Required to remember the guest, their location, and the drink order.
• Monitors the guests’ drink consumption to try to prevent guest(s) from becoming intoxicated.
• Notifies proper personnel as needed.
