About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental and company meetings.
- Greet guests, serve drinks, bus tables, and perform side work to meet service standards.
- Check guest IDs to verify age before serving alcohol.
- Operate POS system, manage service items, and maintain a balanced cash bank.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation and casino floor.
- Communicate guest service opportunities, product shortages, or issues to management.
- Follow all rules, regulations, and policies related to food, beverage, and liquor laws.
- Report safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
- Uphold customer service standards and perform assigned tasks effectively.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of cocktail serving experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler Certification and a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 or older with basic math skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must obtain and maintain a State Gaming License and Liquor Certification, if applicable.
