About the Role
Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the individual serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests throughout the property, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Take guest orders, serve drinks, and collect monies in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
- Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
- Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to beverage control procedures and all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Promote positive guest and team member relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
