PT Banquet Bartender - Woodcliff Hotel and Spa

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Reads and understands all particulars of banquet event orders
• Collects all necessary equipment, beverages, etc. to set up designated area
• Polishes all glassware and prepares needed bar condiments
• Provides beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• After function, removes inventory and all beverage equipment to proper storage
• Retrieves and stores bar glassware to proper storage
• Communicates any challenges or guest complaints
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Detail-oriented
