PT Assistant

About the role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab, to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. Your role involves addressing the whole patient with adaptability, collaboration, and compassion, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service in a caring atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities tailored to patient needs.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Address the holistic needs of patients, treating them as individuals.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prioritize patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $29.00 - USD $35.00 per hour.
