As a PT Assistant At MercyOne Genesis, You Will Provide treatment to patients within Genesis Health System in a caring, professional and efficient manner - settings may include inpatient, out-patient, long term, home healthcare and /or outreach servicesProvide treatment independently according to State practice guidelinesBe responsible for assisting the therapist in reassessmentComplete necessary documentation in an accurate and timely mannerSupervise clinical interns in an effective and professional manner with the guidance and assistance of the supervising physical therapist Schedule 20 hours a weekDay shift General Requirements 2 year college program or equivalent experiencelowa Physical Therapist Assistant license - if licensed in another state, must obtain licensure within 1 yearNo experience requiredBasic Life Support within 6 months Colleagues of MercyOne Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout the system!
