As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You’ll collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Address the whole patient, treating them as an individual.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Adapt to the needs of patients and work in varied settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign-earned Physical Therapy degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $28.00 - USD $33.00 per hour.
