Psychotherapy Internship Program Director

Position Summary

The Internship Program Director builds and leads CCA’s graduate training program. This is the pipeline through which the next generation of integrative clinicians learns to practice. You will design the curriculum, own our relationships with graduate programs across the Twin Cities, supervise and evaluate interns, and hold the compliance backbone that keeps the program credible to universities and licensure boards alike. This is a builder’s role. CCA is formalizing its training infrastructure, and you will have real latitude to shape how it works. That latitude comes with the accountability of being the person who makes sure interns are genuinely supervised, genuinely learning, and genuinely safe to practice. The role pairs program leadership with a reduced direct clinical caseload so that you stay grounded in the work you are teaching.
