About the role
Supervise a Behavioral Health Services (BHS) - Outpatient Services therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Organize workflow
- Maintain and monitor work schedules, time off, and payroll
- Assign cases
- Provide clinical supervision
- Hire, train, coach, and discipline staff
- Maintain an assigned caseload
- Perform the responsibilities of a psychotherapist
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in clinical or psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Master's degree in Social Work with three (3) years' post-degree experience
- Three (3) years' experience as Licensed Psychologist or LMSW in a behavioral outpatient setting
Certifications/Licenses Required
- Fully Licensed Psychologist
- Licensed Master's in Social Work
