Psychologist Supervisor
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the overall administration of the Psychological Services Unit at the Redgranite Correctional Institution. The incumbent will develop, administer, and coordinate the Psychological Services Unit program; supervise the psychological staff; provide direct service to offenders; provide consultation to institution administration and staff; provide clinical and behavioral training; administer the clinical program to provide support services and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and program standards.
Salary Information
Starting salary is $56.82 per hour plus excellent benefits. Pay upon appointment for current or former State employees may vary and will be in accordance with language in the Compensation Plan, Statutes, and Administrative Code. This career executive level position is included in pay schedule and range 81-02. A two-year career executive trial period may be required.
Additional Pay
- Employees in possession of a Doctorate of Psychology (or equivalent) may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $6.00 per hour ($12,480).
- Employees in possession of a permanent License to practice Psychology may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $5.00 per hour ($10,400).

Qualifications
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must possess a current permanent Psychologist license granted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services or be licensed in another state.
- If licensed in another state you must obtain your Wisconsin license by date of appointment.
