Provides psychotherapy services to adult outpatients, including individual, group and family psychotherapy.

Performs a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
Accepts responsibility for the direction, control and planning of one’s own work.
Works independently.
Recognizes the rights and responsibilities of patient confidentiality.
Relates to others in a manner which creates a sense of teamwork and cooperation.
Communicates effectively.
Demonstrates the quality work ethic of doing the right thing the right way.

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work required.
Currently licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners or eligible to be licensed within six (6) months from date of hire required.
Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Must adhere to the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics.
Psychotherapy experience preferred.

Must be able to:
