About the role
We are seeking an experienced LICSW to join our Psychiatry team and provide clinical social work services to support patients and families with personal, family, medical, and environmental challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conducting psychosocial and risk assessments and developing diagnoses, interventions, and treatment plans.
- Participating in the planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and community agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Strong clinical skills and experience with various therapeutic modalities.
- Medical/hospital social work experience preferred.
- Licensed as an MA LICSW.
