The Outpatient Mental Health Center – Gaithersburg offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for people of all ages, improving their quality of life, all within a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
• Flexible scheduling options.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
• Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
• Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
• License, Certificate, or Certification required.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

• $70.019.40 minimum to $84,872.00 maximum.
