Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Your Role

Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns.
Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.

What You’ll Need

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
  • Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.

Starting Pay

$75K - $90K for Master's Level clinicians, based on hours and experience. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
