What to Expect

• Work alongside a team of highly skilled clinicians
• Provide specialized mental health care services
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services
• Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders

• Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards
• Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve clinical skills and be a part of an ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams
• Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings
• Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties

What We Need From You

• Must be licensed or pre-licensed in Maryland as:
• Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
• Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.019.40 minimum to $84,872.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license, years and level of related experience.
